These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SPS Analytics, including our website, platform, rankings, scores, tools, watchlists, comparisons, AI-related features, research pages, paid plans and subscription services.
By using SPS Analytics, users agree to these Terms in full.
2. The Service
SPS Analytics provides stock research tools, including proprietary scores, rankings, stock comparisons, sector and industry views, AI-assisted research features, watchlists, risk assessments, target views, thematic research lists and related analytics.
The platform is designed for general informational, analytical and educational research purposes only.
3. No Investment Advice
SPS Analytics does not provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management, financial planning, tax advice, legal advice or regulated investment recommendations.
Users remain solely responsible for their own investment decisions.
SPS Scores, rankings, AI outputs, target scenarios, thematic research lists, Black Club materials, comparison tools and other platform features should not be treated as instructions to buy, sell or hold any security.
4. Account Registration
Users may need to create an account to access certain features.
Users agree to provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure and promptly update account information when necessary. Users are fully responsible for all activity under their account parameters.
5. Subscription Plans
Some SPS Analytics features require a paid subscription. Plan names, prices, features and access rights may vary. Paid plans may include, depending on the tier selected:
We may change plan names, features, pricing or access levels from time to time. Changes will not intentionally remove paid access during an active subscription period unless required for technical, legal, operational or security reasons.
6. Payments
Payments may be processed through Stripe or other third-party payment providers.
By subscribing to a paid plan, users authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method for subscription fees, renewals, taxes and applicable charges.
Prices may exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Taxes may be added depending on the user’s location and applicable law.
7. Renewals and Cancellations
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Users are responsible for managing cancellations through the available account settings, payment portal or support process.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not necessarily create a refund for the current billing period.
8. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
SPS Analytics may review refund requests at its discretion. Access to digital research tools, rankings, data, AI outputs and paid features may begin immediately after purchase configuration.
9. Acceptable Use
To preserve framework integrity, users agree strictly NOT to execute the following actions:
- Copy, scrape, resell, license or redistribute SPS Analytics data or content without express permission;
- Reverse engineer SPS Scores, rankings, methodologies or proprietary calculations;
- Use automated bots, scrapers or excessive request loops;
- Interfere with platform security, performance parameters or availability;
- Share credentialed account access with unauthorized users;
- Misuse AI outputs or present them as guaranteed investment indicators;
- Use SPS Analytics data pools for unlawful, misleading or abusive actions.
10. Intellectual Property
All SPS Analytics content, scores, rankings, methodologies, designs, charts, logos, text, software, data structures, visualizations and platform features are owned by SPS Analytics, I-LAND GLOBAL DIGITAL SERVICES LTD or its licensors.
Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the platform cleanly according to their specific plan metrics and these Terms.
11. Data and Third-Party Information
SPS Analytics may rely on third-party data sources and providers. We do not guarantee that all data arrays will be complete, accurate, current, timely or error-free.
Users should independently verify important information parameters before making any core market or investment decisions.
12. AI Features
AI-related features may include AI Scores, AI Consensus, AI-generated summaries, model comparisons, agreement levels or other AI-assisted outputs.
AI outputs may contain structural errors, omissions, outdated data nodes or inconsistencies. AI features are supplementary research aids only and do not configure investment recommendations.
13. Thematic Research Lists and Black Club
SPS thematic research lists, Black Club materials, member research requests, portfolio or watchlist walkthroughs and private research access are provided for research and informational purposes only.
They do not constitute investment advice, managed portfolios, investment funds, personal recommendations or explicit buy/sell instructions.
Access to Black Club or similar private tiers may be limited, monitored, reviewed by invitation rules and is not guaranteed.
14. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep SPS Analytics highly available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operational access metrics.
Features may be modified, suspended, updated or discontinued at any node for technical, operational, commercial, legal or safety reasons.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPS Analytics, I-LAND GLOBAL DIGITAL SERVICES LTD, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for losses arising from:
- Investment configurations or reliance on platform content;
- Data errors, network latency, feed delays or AI structural deviations;
- Market movements, subscription access friction, or third-party service nodes;
- Platform interruptions, unauthorized account usage, or structural attribute changes.
16. User Responsibility
Users hold single and complete responsibility for evaluating all informational nodes, understanding volatile asset parameters, and configuring independent financial assessments.
Investing strictly involves risk; users hold full exposure to potential financial depreciation.
17. Termination
We reserve structural rights to suspend or terminate environment access if users violate these terms, compromise system security, default on fees, or execute abusive behavioral patterns.
Users can gracefully exit environment utilization or cancel active subscriptions through portal account parameters at any node.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed strictly by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations in your jurisdiction dictate otherwise.
