SPS Analytics Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to your use of SPS Analytics, including our website, subscription plans, dashboards, data tables, ranking views, model views, watchlists, comparison tools and related software features. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SPS Analytics, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms displayed at checkout.
If you use SPS Analytics on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
Platform Scope
SPS Analytics is an informational software and data-organization platform. The platform provides online dashboards, data tables, ranking views, charts, model views, watchlists and comparison tools for organizing and visualizing publicly available information about listed companies.
The platform is designed to help users structure research workflows and review public-company data more efficiently. SPS Analytics does not provide brokerage, custody, asset management, transaction execution, money transmission, investment deposits, crypto/NFT services or access to buy or sell any financial instrument.
Accounts & Access
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected security issue.
Account access is personal to the registered user or subscribing organization, depending on the plan purchased. You may not sell, transfer, share or resell your account access unless we expressly authorize it in writing.
Subscriptions & Plans
SPS Analytics may offer free, trial, early-access, paid or premium subscription plans. Plan features, access levels, usage limits, pricing and renewal periods are described on the website or during checkout.
Paid subscriptions provide access to software features and data views during the active subscription period. We may update plan names, included features or access levels over time, provided that changes do not materially reduce access already paid for during the current subscription period without a reasonable substitute or remedy.
Billing, Renewal & Taxes
Subscription payments may be processed by one or more third-party payment providers or Merchant of Record providers. The payment provider may handle checkout, payment authorization, taxes, invoices, receipts, renewals, cancellations, payment confirmations and related billing operations.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period. If automatic renewal is enabled, your subscription will renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled in accordance with these terms or the payment provider's checkout flow.
Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on the checkout configuration, customer location and payment provider. Any taxes, VAT, sales tax or similar charges shown during checkout are handled according to the rules of the payment provider or Merchant of Record.
Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription through your account settings, the payment provider's customer portal, or by contacting support if self-service cancellation is not available.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period. Access normally remains available until the end of the paid subscription period.
Refund Policy
SPS Analytics sells access to digital software and data-organization tools. Because access is delivered digitally and subscriptions are billed in advance, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been activated, except where required by applicable law or where a refund is approved under this policy.
We may approve a refund or account credit in reasonable cases such as duplicate billing, a confirmed billing error, an unauthorized payment confirmed through the payment provider, or a material technical access issue caused by SPS Analytics that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time.
We generally do not provide refunds for change of mind, lack of use, misunderstanding of plan features clearly described before purchase, market outcomes, user decisions, dissatisfaction with data outputs, or cancellation after the subscription period has started.
Refund requests must be submitted to support@spsanalytics.com with the account email, payment date and reason for the request. Refund decisions may also be subject to the rules and procedures of the payment provider or Merchant of Record that processed the transaction.
Informational Software Only
SPS Analytics is provided for general informational, analytical and educational purposes only. Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as individualized financial advice, regulated investment advice, portfolio management, financial planning, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, or a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or financial instrument.
- –SPS Analytics does not assess whether any company, metric, score, ranking view, model view, watchlist or data table is suitable for any specific user.
- –Users are responsible for their own independent review, verification and decisions.
- –Users should consult qualified professionals where financial, legal, tax or accounting advice is required.
Data, Rankings & AI Views
SPS Analytics may use proprietary methodologies to organize public-company information into data scores, ranking views, comparison tables, charts, AI model views, model agreement indicators, summaries and other software outputs.
These outputs are informational software views only. They are not instructions, guarantees, trading signals, individualized recommendations or predictions of future performance. AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, outdated or based on imperfect source information.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse SPS Analytics or interfere with the platform's operation, security, access controls, data providers or infrastructure. You may not use the platform to engage in unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, unauthorized scraping, credential sharing, reverse engineering, resale of access, or attempts to bypass subscription limits.
You may not present SPS Analytics outputs as personalized investment advice, guaranteed results, official ratings, regulated recommendations, or trading instructions issued by SPS Analytics.
Intellectual Property
SPS Analytics, including its website, software interface, visual design, ranking logic, data organization methods, charts, text, branding, models, platform outputs and related materials, is protected by intellectual property and contractual rights.
Subject to your active subscription and compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the platform for your own internal informational and research purposes.
Third-Party Providers
SPS Analytics may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, Merchant of Record services, hosting, analytics, security, customer support, market data, public-company data, AI services, email delivery and other operational functions.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security, policies, pricing, decisions or outages of third-party websites, data sources or service providers. Third-party terms may apply where their services are used.
Availability & Changes
We aim to provide a reliable platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available access. The platform may be updated, modified, limited, suspended or interrupted for maintenance, security, data provider issues, infrastructure issues, legal requirements or operational reasons.
We may improve, adjust, add, remove or rename features, metrics, data views, plan tiers and software outputs over time. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid materially impairing paid access during an active subscription period.
Disclaimers
SPS Analytics is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that all data, calculations, rankings, scores, charts, model views, news indicators, sector classifications, industry classifications or related outputs will be complete, accurate, current, timely, uninterrupted or free from errors.
SPS Analytics does not guarantee investment performance, market results, company outcomes, price movements, future returns, risk reduction or financial results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPS Analytics, i-Land Global Digital Services Ltd, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, data providers and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, goodwill, market outcomes or investment results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the platform or these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SPS Analytics for the subscription period in which the claim arose.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.
Where a payment provider or Merchant of Record processes a transaction, additional terms, dispute procedures or refund processes from that provider may also apply to the payment transaction.
